Every child is part adventurer, part artist, part builder. That’s why at Chicago Children’s Museum, kids can be who they want to be and play how they want to play.
Here’s how the All-around Kid can spend a full day at the museum.
10 am – 11 am
Kids with all kinds of interests will love Forts: the ultimate fort-building experience, complete with hooks, knobs, upside down tables, countless blankets and pillows, and more.
11 am – 12 pm
Play It Safe
The All-around Kid will love Play It Safe, where they can climb the fire truck, slide down fire station pole and don authentic firefighter boots and jackets. Not only is it a blast, Play It Safe also teaches important fire safety lessons.
1 pm – 3 pm
On the museum’s third floor, children can zip from building skyscrapers in Skyline to splashing around in WaterWays, from digging for dinosaur bones in Dinosaur Exhibition to building contraptions with real tools in Tinkering Lab.
Exploring every Chicago Children’s Museum exhibit means every child will have a blast—and learn a thing or two along the way.
